Menu Calendar 2 for Mac - Shows iCal events, New Look

Objectpark Software releases a major new version 2 of the popular Mac calendaring utility 'Menu Calendar'. Menu Calendar 2 is available for download from the objectpark web site at http://www.objectpark.net/en/mc.html.

With Menu Calendar 2, a pocket calendar and all your appointments are always at hand, reachable from an icon at Mac OS X the menu bar, taking up almost no screen real estate while not in use. Also - no need to wait for iCal to launch to just check todays schedule!

Version 2 adds the ability to show appointments/events from iCal in its own little calendar - either as stickies (tool tips) at the calendar or as textual list of events, plus others:

New features in Menu Calendar:
- shows events from iCal in the calendar as tool tips
- shows events from iCal in a monthly schedule list
- keep a birthday calendar in iCal including reminders with alarms
- all new preference panel with lots of customization options
- hotkey activation (pressing Control-Option-Command-C shows/hides the calendar at any time)
